We will also pass on such information relating to your reservation to any agent or service provider where applicable in order to fulfil our obligations under the agreement and any further services you may have commissioned through us. We will not, under any circumstances, pass on your personal data or the personal data of any members of your party, for the pursuance of marketing and advertising activity by such third parties. We will keep your data for future contact with yourselves and the lawful basis for this will be legitimate interest.
