A brightly decorated, fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the hills, with a gas hob and oven, a large fridge and a long table and chairs which can seat up to 8 people.

This is accessed by a spiral staircase to a beautiful room overlooking the Tuscan hills with a large balcony and can double up as a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
